Overview

The Kelana Jaya Line (KJL) is the second LRT system to be introduced into the Klang Valley Integrated Transit Network and coloured ruby on the transit map. It is currently being operated by RapidRail Sdn Bhd under the brand of RapidKL.

Kelana Jaya Line is an elevated LRT line with both underground and at-grade sections. It is our country’s first driverless metro and one of the world longest automated rapid transit when opened. Currently the line is 46.4km long with 37 stations from Gombak to Putra Heights.

In operation since 1998, the line Connects northeast and southwest of Klang Valley through the city centre and was later extended further south to serve the residential area at the southern end of Klang Valley.
